Check it Out! “Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort” Explicit Review

The reason I chose this hotel was because I heard about this hotel when I went to a Hilton Timeshare Briefing in Guam. It does not mean that anyone can participate, but there seems to be certain conditions with this special plan. In addition, all travel expenses have to be paid on your own.

What is the appearance of the hotel? Check the entrance and reception

As for the exterior, there are many buildings but the Tapa Tower is the tallest and stood out the most. The entrance was open and clean and the location is excellent with access to the restaurant, pool, and the beach.

At the front desk, several staffs were always standing and they responded quickly and very carefully without making the guests wait.

At the time of check-in, of course, the cleaning was also thorough and the bedding and amenities were neatly installed, and after the next day’s room cleaning was over, I was moved by the same level of quality at the time of check-in. .

The guest room was simple and refined. The cleaning was also thorough and the bedding and amenities were nicely prepared.

The bed was very comfortable. The mattress was just right, so I was able to sleep very well.

A television is also installed above the desk.

The bathroom was a unit bath and the tub was an average size.

The water pressure of the shower was just right, and the water temperature was stable as well.

Amenities were fully equipped with the minimum necessary things such as shampoo, conditioner, body soap, toothbrush and toothpaste. They replaced the amenities everyday. The shampoo was very better than the shampoo I use at home. It depends on the person using it, but I think the quality of the shampoo was very good.

There was also a dryer.

Mini bar and cafe

There were no facilities with built-in mini bars or cafe functions, and there was a full-scale open-air outdoor bar just in front of the elevator entrance on the first floor of the hotel. The atmosphere was good, and in the evening the sunset was beautiful. Also, depending on the day, they have live performances on the mini live stage.

Closet and safe

The closet had enough room for two people to hang clothes.

Even if you two people put valuables in the safe (wallet, mobile phone, wifi, 2 cartons of cigarettes bought at the airport duty-free shop), there was still enough space.

View from the room

The view from the terrace was good. I could see the sea and pool, and I was able to enjoy the scenery of emerald green during the day.

I was able to enjoy a fantastic night view.

There were two chairs and mini-tables on the terrace, and because it was American Independence Day on the day I stayed, I was able to see fireworks.

Restaurants in the hotel

There is a restaurant and bar called “Tropics Bar & Grill” in a position where we could overlook the beach.

We sat at the open terrace seat, and there was a nice sea breeze which felt very nice.

The food was very delicious with a refreshing taste.

There are more than 20 restaurants and lounges in the hotel.

Pool and beach

It is possible to swim with children without worrying about the depths of water, and adults can rest comfortably on reclining chairs arranged around the pool when tired.

A lot of palm trees are planted around the pool, and it was just like an oasis in the jungle. You can also get extra towels at the reception between the pool and the beach by using the free towel vouchers that you can get during check-in.

I was able to swim in the pool while listening to the sound of the waves. In the evening you can see the beautiful sunset. It is nice to be able to look at the sunset while laying on the reclining chair.

The beach was beautiful. The water was clear, and I could see corals and small fish clearly under with my goggles.

There was also a small harbor location on the beach, and there was a tour from which Hilton’s ships were going out into sea.

Shops in the hotel

There were no shops in the “Tapa Tower,” but on the premises there were a range of shops ranging from restaurants to brand shops and Starbucks. It was very convenient.

Facilities in the hotel

There was no laundry service and no space like a business center. However, there was a space where you can rent DVDs.

Landscape of the resort

There was a pond and a planted space in the courtyard-like space of the hotel and there was a natural rich environment. There was a pond with colorful corals.

There is a space where macaws are kept in one section of the planting, so it was possible for hotel guests to walk.

Environment around the hotel

The surrounding environment was very good. There is an ABC store and a coffee shop and snack shop called “Wailana Coffee House” that is open for 24H. The bacon cheeseburger from “Wairana Coffee House” was especially good. I think that it is best to go a little early or go later because during breakfast and lunch time it is very crowded.

Access from airport is place that is less than 20 minutes by car. I arrived without stress because there was not much traffic congestion.

When I went shopping, there were a lot of pink trolleys. There is a bus stop right in front of Hilton, and you can go straight to places such as Ala Moana Shopping Center, T Galleria and International Market Place. One hour per round, every 10 minutes so there is less waiting time and you can easily reach your destination.

Staff and customer base

All the staffs were kind and always smiling.

The guests were mostly families. The nationality of the guests varied.

I had a nice stay at this hotel. The view from the window is not only a panoramic view of the sea, but also the beautiful night view of Waikiki, and there are many shops on the site, so I had no problems with shopping and eating, and the staffs were kind and good people which felt nice. I was able to see the fireworks which were beautiful, but the view from the room its self was amazing. I enjoyed it very much.
