Staff and guests
The Marriott Courtyard usually doesn’t have a bell staff, but this hotel had a bell staff. There was also a concierge desk and a front desk with many staff always available.
I saw many guests staying on a business trip staying at this hotel.
A train station that has a train running from and to Los Angeles was nearby. I saw some homeless people around the station, but the station itself looked safe. I could go to the Rose Bowl which I wanted to go in about 10 minutes. The streets were narrow, so it was safe and easy to walk around.
Memorial Park Station behind the hotel.
I had a nice stay at this hotel. It was a nice hotel with the image of a full Marriott service, unlike the Marriott Courtyard. Also, the location was good and the city was small, so it was great to walk around. I enjoyed the busy city after having finished dinner at a restaurant, returning to the room, taking a break, and walking around the bar with live music and shops. I was staying during the summer, but there are many parks around, so I thought it would be fun to go around the city on hikes and biking in the spring and fall time. It is a good hotel to stay at to enjoy the atmosphere of an old town.
